FEE SCHEDULE:
Sessions for individual adults are 50-60 minutes long. – $150
INSURANCE FILING:
I am out-of-network with all insurance companies, but I will file on your out-of-network benefits, if your plan includes them.
PAYMENT:
Payment of fees is expected at the time of each appointment.
Cash and Check payments are appreciated.
Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards and Debit/Credit Cards (VISA, Master Card and Discover) are accepted.
