FEE SCHEDULE:
Sessions for individual adults are 50-60 minutes long. – $135
INSURANCE FILING:
I am out-of-network with all insurance companies, but I will file on your out-of-network benefits, if your plan includes them.
PAYMENT:
Payment of fees is expected at the time of each appointment.
Cash and Check payments are preferred and appreciated.
Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards and Debit/Credit Cards (VISA, Master Card and Discover) are accepted.
