What do you most want for yourself, for your life? What is your deepest desire?
Maybe you aren’t sure? That’s okay.
Maybe you just want certain symptoms or behaviors to lessen or even disappear. Maybe you want to better understand yourself or someone else or even make improvements to a relationship. Maybe you want to explore, process, or reflect on some aspect of your life. Maybe you want to let go of something, move on, gain some tools, or get “unstuck.”
And if you could accomplish any of these, what would that do for you? How would it impact your life? How would it make your life different? What would it give you?
What is your heart’s desire?
Well, I would be happy to explore with you what is getting in the way of you having what you most want for yourself. Together we can look at the patterns in your life that have helped you get through life, but that perhaps have limited you or have somehow gotten in your way.
What you can expect from me is openness, curiosity, compassion, acceptance, support, and collaboration.
What you won’t get from me is judgement, pathologizing, ridicule or rejection.
I’m not here to tell you what’s wrong with you or how to live your life. I’m here to know what your heart’s desire is, what you most want for yourself, and I am here to support you in exploring what might be getting in the way of you having what you most want. I look forward to partnering with you on that exploration.
